89mm Foil Pressure Sensitive Liner, "Sealed for Freshness" in Black (Uni-Foam™ PS-F1)

The 68W88L is an 89mm polystyrene foam aluminum foil (Uni-Foam™ PS-F1) liner insert with a pressure sensitive and torque activated coating. Pressure sensitive liners create an actual seal, providing an extra level of protection compared to a basic foam liner. They are best for dry products and can at times work with thick liquids such as creams and sauces. Ideal for packaging dry products from spices, food, to medicine. These liners are not recommended for liquids and oils or any wet product. The Uni-Foam™ PS-F1 pressure sensitive foil liner has adhesion to glass and plastic bottles with metal or plastic caps.
This liner is sized to fit industry standard 89mm neck finishes. Due to the variation in neck finish dimensions, particularly with glass bottles, we recommend testing the compatibility of this liner with your bottle/cap combination. To request a sample, please click here.
