This natural all plastic trigger sprayer features a 28-400 neck finish and a 9-1/2" dip tube. Its all plastic construction makes this sprayer completely recyclable and is ideal for use with products that aren't compatible with metal components. Trigger sprayers are a versatile dispensing closure that can dispense a variety of liquids including hair care, household cleaners, industrial chemicals and more. The adjustable nozzle allows for jet stream and misting dispensing options that work with various products and applications. NOTE - Selecting a specified dip tube length is optional, not required. This product has a default 9-1/2" dip tube length.

Material:

Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. The Cary Company has an assortment of polypropylene plastics available for purchase, such as plastic caps and jars, which have a higher tolerance for chemical products. When trying to decide what type of dip tube is best for your product and container, consider the diameter and material you are dispensing. A dip tube should have a slight bend to optimize dispensing thinner products. However, dispensing thicker products should be a rigid dip tube that shouldnt touch the bottom of the container.
