All Plastic White Trigger Sprayer, 10" Dip Tube, 28mm 28-400

This all plastic white trigger sprayer features a 28mm (28-400) neck finish and 10" (254mm) dip tube. The nozzle is adjustable to create a fine spray or jet stream for dispensing liquids and dispenses 1.25 ml/stroke. Its all plastic construction makes this sprayer ideal for use with products that aren't compatible with metal components. Trigger sprayers are a versatile dispensing closure that can dispense a variety of liquids including hair care, household cleaners, industrial chemicals and more.
Sprayers are not recommended for use with threaded glass containers as the closure may not provide a leak-proof seal. We recommend testing compatibility prior to purchase.

    Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.     When trying to decide what type of dip tube is best for your product and container, consider the diameter and material you are dispensing. A dip tube should have a slight bend to optimize dispensing thinner products. However, dispensing thicker products should be a rigid dip tube that shouldnt touch the bottom of the container.
