Aluminum Deep Well Chuck for 31-37mm Caps

The chuck side that connects to the bottle capping machine has a 5/8-18 female thread that is .65" deep.
Deep Well Aluminum Chucks
Deep Well Chucks are the same as standard chucks except they have a secondary cavity that allows them to tighten caps with external features such as sports caps, mist spray caps, yorker caps, dropper caps, and many more. Deep well chucks provide excellent flexibility as they tighten standard flat caps as well as they tighten caps with external features. Our deep well chucks come in five sizes to fit caps ranging from 14mm - 37mm in diameter. Each chuck size will work with a particular cap range. It may be necessary to purchase additional chucks if you will be tightening multiple cap sizes.

Chuck Compatibility Test Requirements

To ensure you will be pleased with your purchase, we require testing to review chuck compatibility for caps with secondary features (dropper bulbs, extended tips, etc.). For these caps, a custom bore may be required. We ask for 10 – 15 caps and 3 - 4 new containers to complete testing and recommendations. Once you place an order, we will reach out to confirm cap specifications. Testing must be completed for your order to be processed.
