This Buna O-Ring or Nitrile Rubber (NBR) is one of the most commonly used elastomers and is known for its sealing property. This material is capable of allowing rotary and linear movement. O-rings act as a seal that prevents leaks. This gasket ring has a round cross-section and can be found compressed between two or more parts. The Buna O-ring is resistant to lubricants and petroleum-based fuels, and is suitable for use with gasoline, propane, crude oil, petroleum oils and water in various products such as garden hoses to shower heads.
