$250 Minimum Order Requirement – During COVID-19 Pandemic*
While we continue to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Cary Company is taking the proper precautions to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees and our customers. We are following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help reduce the spread of the virus. Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this crisis.
The Cary Company is defined as an “essential business” as we provide supplies for essential businesses and distribute critical products for essential industries; therefore, our warehouses and offices remain open to serve our customers. Due to extraordinary demand, we are implementing a $250 online order minimum until April 12th to alleviate the workload for our warehouse, customer service and sales teams. We have also temporarily suspended our samples program. We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders and minimize the impact on our customers’ business. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
The Cary Company has implemented several measures to mitigate the spread of the virus including social distancing, allowing employees to work from home, increased cleaning of our facilities and strict hygiene protocols. Our employees are cross-training to maintain the standards of service our customers have come to expect. The safety and wellbeing of our personnel as well as our customers is our highest priority.
