High Heat Drum Heating Band!

This InteliHeat® Thermulate® high heat drum heating jacket band features a 32-194°F(0-90°C) adjustable thermostat for plastic and steel 55 gallon drums for use in non-hazardous locations. This 120 volt drum jacket covers 1/3 of a 55 gallon drum delivering 720 watts of heating power to warm the contents of a 55 gallon drum or barrel. The high grade thermal insulation prevents heat loss while the silicone-coated glass-cloth inner layer delivers heat across a large surface area to warm products while minimizing the possibility of damaging the product. Power cord is 7' long without plug. Easily add two prong plug (sold separately) to the two-wire lead configuration or hard wire the connection into an existing system. Drum band heating jackets are a convenient option for warming drums that may contain products with storage temperature requirements.

This InteliHeat® Thermulate® high heat drum heating jacket band features a 32-194°F(0-90°C) adjustable thermostat for plastic and steel 55 gallon drums for use in non-hazardous locations. This 120 volt drum jacket covers 1/3 of a 55 gallon drum delivering 720 watts of heating power to warm the contents of a 55 gallon drum or barrel. This warming jacket consumes almost half the energy of similar performing drum heater bands to save you money in total operating cost.

This 55 gallon drum warming jacket is ideal for warming liquids without damaging the product as it delivers heat over a large surface area. The black nylon fabric outer layer protects operators from burns while the silicone-coated glass-cloth inner layer is high temperature to quickly warm the contents of your 55 gallon barrel or drum. The warming jacket is flexible enough to conform to the container to provide optimal coupling. Safe to use 24/7, this 55 gallon drum heating jacket is CE approved. Multiple units can be used together to provide more surface area heating to reach optimal temperatures faster.

Drum band heating jackets are a convenient and effective option for applications such as barrel warming, food warming, gas or oil heating, paint warming, and for heating drums that may contain products with storage temperature requirements.
