This 26BEB7 electric bottle capping machine can handle screw and lug caps ranging from 18-53mm in diameter. It operates on 110 x120v, 50/60 Hz. with a torque range of 10-30 inch lbs. and can be used with bottles that have a maximum height of 14 inches. This machine requires less effort than handheld cappers, yet still provides the repeatable torque accuracy you need to keep your customers and pocketbook happy. Better yet, it comes with a one year warranty for all parts and labor. This capping machine has a direct plug-in cord that runs on electricity, which allows it to be used in various settings, particularly areas with limited space or without compressed air such as offices. The Electronic Bottle Capping Machine is packaged with a Standard Base.

How Electric Bottle Capping Machines Work
Place the cap loosely on the bottle and then put the bottle on the machine's base. Make sure it rests against the backstop. Pull down on the capping lever to lower the capping motor with attached chuck onto the cap for tightening. When the chuck touches the cap, this will start the capping motor. In less than a second, the motor tightens the cap and proceeds to shut off automatically, signaling that the tightening process is complete. Let the spring loaded capping lever lift the capping motor back to starting position. Remove the newly capped bottle from the machine's base.

The Anti-Rotation Base
The Anti-Rotation Base has a high friction rubber surface which prevents the bottle from spinning while being capped.
