This 100 micron, size #2 (7.06" W x 32" L) extended surface pleat polyester felt liquid filter bag is designed to provide both high-dirt holding capacity as well as high flow rate. Silicone-free, pleated design offers two layers of nominal felt to create pre- and final-filter layers inside bag. Made to fit most standard Size #2 strainer baskets, this filter bag meets FDA regulations for food contact under CFR21, Section 177.1520. Under normal operating conditions, with temperature ratings up to 275° F this bag filter offers an extended service life four times that of a standard nominal bag. Extended surface pleat bag filters can reduce operation costs as they do not need to be changed as frequently - reducing downtime, cutting labor costs and replacement filter fees (PES100P2P-ESP).
