56W56N is a new UN Rated natural 55 gallon open head plastic drum. This high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic drum includes a cover with 2" NPT and 3/4" NPT Tri-Sure style plug & flange fittings, a EPDM rubber gasket, and a lever lock ring closure. This 55 gallon drum is ideal for use in multiple industries including petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food production applications. This drum is UN rated UN1H2/Y130/S for solids. The lever lock ring holds the cover on to the container with a latch (or toggle) that is pulled from one side to the other and applies torque to the two ring ends in a similar fashion to the bolt ring

This 55 gallon blue plastic tight head drum is UN Rated and has 2" NPS and 2" buttress fittings. Also known as a shipping container, this food-grade drum is made of high-density high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) plastic that is similar to high-density polyethylene (HDPE), but more durable. Made of up to 60% post-consumer resin (PCR), this drum's manufacturing process diverts materials from landfills and requires less energy to produce. The seamless construction of this closed head drum makes it suitable for outdoor use. This storage drum features drain vents molded into its top with two 2" openings: one is a 2" NPS bung opening and the other opening is a 2" buttress bung opening.
