Give Grease the Slip Using Washable Grease Filters
Food preparation in kitchen environments can release grease droplets into the air. As this grease laden air circulates in a kitchen air stream, grease filters can collect this grease to prevent flame spread in the event a fire starts. The Cary Company offers baffle grease filters in a wide range of standard sizes that are made of aluminum, galvanized steel, 430 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel. With temperature tolerances that range from 250° F (121° C) to 900° F (482° C), you can find the ideal filter to suit your needs.
