Steel Filters Catch Grease to Minimize Flame Spread

Steel baffle grease filters offer a durable filter option in kitchen environments. Designed to collect grease droplets from the air, these filters feature two layers of interlocking baffles that collect and route grease to a trough thereby preventing flames from spreading in the event of a fire. Washable and reusable, these durable filters can be cleaned in a dishwasher or steam cleaned, and stand up to multiple washings. Choose from galvanized, 430 stainless steel or 304 stainless steel in a wide assortment of sizes in 1" and 2" depths. Corrosion- and rust-resistant, these steel filters withstand temperatures up to 900° F (482° C) and offer vibration resistance to reduce operating noise.
