119BGL5 is a 420 lb. gas cylinder band heater from the Powerblanket® Lite product line (PBL420) for 20 lb., 30 lb. or 40 lb. gas tanks. The Powerblanket® Lite line is ideal for smaller scale heating jobs and less robust applications. Additionally, these cylinder heaters are more energy efficient and safer than other heaters on the market. he 120-volt, insulated, full-wrap design, crafted for 12.5" Dia. x 18" H, 24" H or 29" H tanks, heats your gas cylinder to 90° F / 32° C with a 10° F / 5° C variance. Improve the performance of your gas delivery system and save yourself time, money and resources by using this band heater. Warming your gas cylinder can prevent freezing due to cold weather which can prove costly when equipment malfunction means operation downtime. This band will also improve gas cylinder performance by increasing draw rates during cold or freezing conditions. The heater insulates and protects the cylinder, keeping the pressure up and reducing refill frequency. For additional warming power, you can use multiple units on a single cylinder by placing the bands above each other to decrease heating time. Safer than traditional band heaters, this warmer is an affordable and practical heating solution.
