19BU57 is an InteliHeat® gas cylinder warmer for 75 lb. tanks certified for use in Class I Zones 1 and 2 Classified Hazardous locations. Warming blanket quickly yet gently heats cylinder tanks to maintain proper pressure and optimize tank efficiency, while preventing freezing in cold environments. Provides an 86° F (30° C) self-limiting temperature above ambient. Unique self-limiting design ensures safe operating conditions are maintained, even in the presence of gases and dusts, without the need for a thermostat. Chemically resistant, silicone-coated glass cloth outer surface combined with high grade, double thermal insulation reduce heat loss and increase efficiency while providing protection for the operator. Flexible material and large surface area deliver optimum heat while minimizing the possibility of damage to the cylinder. This cylinder heater can prevent frosting which can adversely affect the tank's flow rate.
