About BriskHeat® HL101 Digital Benchtop Temperature Limit Controllers BriskHeat® HL101 digital benchtop temperature limit controllers add a current cutoff to existing temperature controllers or devices with a built-in temperature control based on reaching or exceeding a programmed high-limit setpoint temperature. Common applications for these temperature limit controllers include: research and development testing, temperature-critical processes, equipment over-heat protection, adhesive curing and applications where alarm latching is required.
HL101 temperature limit controllers feature a benchtop, plug-and-play design with a 4-key touch pad interface with manual reset. These controllers can display high limit or current temperature and are available with a Fahrenheit (° F) or Celsius (° C) display. Temperature control range is 0° F to 999° F (0° C to 999° C). Accuracy is +/-1% full scale.
HL101 controllers include a 5' (1.5 m) long input cord. The 120v units include a NEMA 5-15 input plug while the 240v models have a NEMA 6-15 plug. A 10' temperature sensor is also included available in both J-type and K-type thermocouples. Maximum amp load is 15 Amp.
These temperature limit controllers are ideal for indoor use with an environmental exposure operating range of 32° F to 150° F (0° C to 65° C) and a storage range of -4° F to 176° F (-20° C to 80° C). Relative humidity environmental exposure is less than 95% non-condensing temperatures.
