Shin-Etsu MicroSi, The Cary Company Agreement

Addison, Ill., August 7, 2019 -- The Cary Company announced today its agreement with Shin-Etsu MicroSi, Inc. to be the exclusive distributor of its functional resins including solvent-based vinyl resins, water-based vinyl emulsions and additives for slip and abrasion resistance in the midwestern United States.

Under the terms of the agreement, The Cary Company will employ its sales, marketing and e-commerce expertise to distribute the Arizona-based company’s SOLBIN®, VINYBLAN® and CHALINE® product portfolios in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
