The Cary Company CEO T.J. Tyrrell Receives Vistage Leadership Award

T.J. Tyrrell, CEO of The Cary Company, has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Under his leadership, The Cary Company has completed four acquisitions since 2018, expanding its national footprint and growing its workforce from 65 to over 250 employees.

I was grateful just to be nominated and even more appreciative of the support I received after being recognized,” Tyrrell said. “More than anything, I see this award as an acknowledgment of our company’s achievements. “My dad taught me at a young age that 'what you put into something is what you get out of it.’ If you give limited effort, you’ll get limited results,” Tyrrell said. “I believe that anything we truly care about needs to be nurtured and cared for…whether it’s a relationship, a company, or even our own personal growth. If we neglect those things, they will eventually fade or erode. That lesson has always stayed with me.”
