The 19WTTQ is an insulated tote and drum pallet quilt. Quilts are designed to protect against freeze, heat or condensation damage through insulation and no electricity. The 19WTTQ can be used on a 275 Gallon tote, as well as 4 drums on a pallet, and is great for storing and transporting temperature sensitive products. The 19WTTQ features a 6x9 bill of lading window and a 12x12 placard window, as well as three Velcro adjustment straps in each corner.

Are the totes still stackable with this cover on it?
We cannot recommend stacking IBCs with the insulated cover on as they have not been tested for this. The cover may interfere with the stability.
Does this have a fill cap at the top so you can fill your tote without having to take off the whole cover?
These insulated tote/drum quilts do not feature an opening at the top as they are primarily designed to protect from excessive heat or freezing during shipping and delivery.
At what temperature are the products safe using this insulated tote cover? I'm trying to protect water based products from freezing.
Thank you for your inquiry. We performed a test using these tote covers. We put two pallets of 55-gallon drums in a reefer (refrigerated truck) with the temperature set at -10°F. One of the pallets was unprotected and the other had a drum pallet insulated cover protecting the drums. The unprotected drums froze at about 17 hours along with the recorder. The pallet with cover lasted more than 64 hours before the drums reached 32°F. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company.

There is no bottom to this correct? It is empty so you can slide this down from the top?

No, there is no need for electricity with our Insulating Quilt. All you need to do is secure it to your product!
