This 10" x 10" x 4" box is a die cut kraft corrugated literature mailer specifically designed to be highly customizable to fit various shapes, sizes, or needs. Use this mailer for packaging catelogs, books, small documents, paper goods and more! The corrugated mailer is quick to assemble without the need of tape, glue or staples. The strength of the literature mailer is 200#/ECT-32 and can withstand the maximum weight of box contents of 65 lbs. The corrugated conventional flute size for the literature mailer is Type B (3/32, 50 flutes per ft.). Boxes made of B-flute look thin but produce a strong sidewall protection from blows and punctures because it's made with more paper.

Material:

Corrugated Cardboard is typically comprised of a fluted or zig-zag paperboard layer sandwiched between two stiff boxboard layers. Used in the manufacture of shipping cartons, corrugated material offers increased reinforcement to protect box contents from damage. Corrugated cardboard material is offered in single-face and single-wall configurations. For added strength, double- and triple-wall configurations are available. The fluted layer can also vary according to flute depth and number of flutes per foot.
