30W10C is a 2.5 gallon (10 liter) 38mm 38-400 natural Cubitainer® insert. The insert material is a blend of linear low (LLDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) FDA approved plastic, and is designed for use with a corrugated fiberboard overpack. Cubitainer® Key benefits:
  • Volumes from 1 to 20 liters (1 quart to 5.3 gallons)
  • Natural or amber color
  • Molded-in handle
  • Special embossments
  • Fluorine treatment for improved chemical resistance
  • PVDC coating for oxygen permeation resistance
  • Customized decorated cartons
  • Standard LLDPE/LDPE blend or clean LDPE resin formulation for medical/diagnostic applications

Material:

Low-Density Polyethylene PlasticLow density polyethylene (LDPE) is squeezable and has a malleable feel. Unlike high density polyethylene, it is more translucent and tends to be less chemically resistant. Due to these factors, LDPE works best with packaging that is more flexible, such as produce bags and eye droppers. A common LDPE we carry is the boston round bottle, a popular choice within the personal care industry that works well for dispensing products. LDPE is not recommended for hot-filled applications but it works well in cold temperatures. Fill temperature should not exceed 120°F.
