5 Gallon Assembled Cubitainer® (350 lb. DW), 38mm 38-400
99G321 is a UN Rated 5 gallon (20 liter) assembled Cubitainer® with white 38-400 continuous thread cap. This Cubitainer® combination package arrives with a LDPE insert and corrugated fiberboard overpack assembled and ready for filling. The insert is a blend of linear low (LLDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) FDA Compliant plastic and includes a 38mm (38-400 neck finish) white polypropylene cap and polypropylene foam liner. The insert is contained in a rigid Semi-White 350 lb. double wall corrugated fiberboard overpack Cubitainer® carton with a dust cap. A reversible well design allows the opening to be raised or depressed for pouring and storage. The 30W5AC also has a non-glug design, which assures product flows from the insert in a continuous, uninterrupted stream. Assembled Cubitainer is DOT classified as a "4G Combination Package" capable of shipping Group II or III HAZMAT up to 1.5 Specific Gravity.

Material:
Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is squeezable, has good chemical resistance and has a malleable feel. Unlike high density polyethylene, it is more translucent. Due to these factors, LDPE works best with packaging that is more flexible, such as produce bags and eye droppers. A common LDPE we carry is the boston round bottle, a popular choice within the personal care industry that works well for dispensing products. LDPE is not recommended for hot-filled applications but it works well in cold temperatures. Fill temperature should not exceed 111°F.Disclaimer:
