Specifications

This 160 liter drum of Merlot Varietal commercial wine base yields 400 liters (533 x 750ml bottles) of finished product in approximately 6 weeks. The final product is a soft, dry Merlot with a fruity flavor and subtleties of currants and blackberries with green olive in the bouquet. This commercial wine base is shelf stable and pre-balanced for pH and Acid in aseptic packaging.

Winemaking is cost-effective as you can enjoy the flavor profile of craft wine without having to pay a premium price. This bulk wine base allows for high-yield batches ideal for commercial or large wine applications. This wine base includes the wine base with other additives available for purchase separately.
