The 77W05L liner is a flexible, resilient, sea miless, insert for 5 gallon pails. This pliable insert is molded from FDA-approved low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which makes it easier to seal if using tight-fitting lids. Flat bottom bag liners, made from LDPE, are especially great for storing products in cold environments. The flat bottom liners are ideal for applications such as food, chemical, pastes, powders, inks, silicones, and more. Pail liners are great for expediting the clean-up process and extending the life of a pail or bucket. (20" Dia. x 21" H)

Q & A
Customer Questions
How many cubic feet in a 5 gallon pail?
The simple conversion of measurement of 5 gallons is 0.803 cubic feet. However, this is for the nominal capacity of the pail. The actual (overflow) capacity of a pail can vary from model to model. To calculate the full volume in cubic feet, for cylinder pails, you need to multiply π (3.14) x the pail radius (in feet) x the pail height (in feet). To calculate the volume for square pails, multiply the pail's length x width x height (in feet).
What are pail liners used for?
Pail liners keep pail interiors from getting soiled and reduce the amount of time needed for cleaning out the pail. Our FDA-approved liners are ideal for storing and mixing food products. They are ideal for adding tints to paints, mixing concrete, blending cosmetic emulsions and more.
How do pail liners work?
Rigid pail liners offer a contoured lip that snaps over a pail’s top bead. This lip helps prevent any liquids getting between the pail and the liner. Flexible pail liners are placed in a pail and the top portion is folded down to minimize the chance of any pail contents getting between the pail and the liner. Once used, these liners can be disposed of, eliminating the need for cleanup.
Some of your pail liners have anti-static properties. What does this mean?
Liners with anti-static properties are used to minimize any static buildup during usage. This feature is ideal when dealing with flammable products or applications. Anti-Static liners are pink in color and are available in both HDPE and LDPE.

Product quality is very good. However: I found that Part #: 77W05L 5 Gallon LDPE (4 mil) 20" X 21" Flat Bottom Pail Liner picture in the catalog misleading. It shows 6-8 inches of liner above the rim of a 5 gallon bucket. That is about right for an EMTPY liner. However when the liner is filed with 5 gallons of grain it extends 2.5 inches above the 5 gallon bucket rim. 2.5 inches was insufficient for me to seal the liner before sealing the bucket. Therefore, when I seal the liner for grain storage, I only get 4 gallons of grain in a 5 gallon liner in a 5 gallon bucket. Next time I will order a 20” by 30” product.
