The 77W3ML is a 15 mil anti-static liner is a flexible, resilient, seamless, vacuum formed insert for 5 gallon steel pails. This pliable insert is molded from FDA-approved high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which makes it easier to seal if using tight-fitting lids. A contoured lip snaps over the top bead to prevent leakage between the insert and the pail wall. Anti-stat additives help to reduce static build-up in static sensitive applications such as paints, volatile materials and fine powders.

What are pail liners used for?
Pail liners keep pail interiors from getting soiled and reduce the amount of time needed for cleaning out the pail. Our FDA-approved liners are ideal for storing and mixing food products. They are ideal for adding tints to paints, mixing concrete, blending cosmetic emulsions and more.
How do pail liners work?
Rigid pail liners offer a contoured lip that snaps over a pail’s top bead. This lip helps prevent any liquids getting between the pail and the liner. Flexible pail liners are placed in a pail and the top portion is folded down to minimize the chance of any pail contents getting between the pail and the liner. Once used, these liners can be disposed of, eliminating the need for cleanup.
Some of your pail liners have anti-static properties. What does this mean?
Liners with anti-static properties are used to minimize any static buildup during usage. This feature is ideal when dealing with flammable products or applications. Anti-Static liners are pink in color and are available in both HDPE and LDPE.
