The Brew House Craft Beers! - Your Craft. Your Beer.
A beer with roots in the English Midlands, pale ale dates back as far as 1780. Today, it is copied worldwide. Our version is crisp, amber-colored and aromatic. Ale is renowned for being a full-bodied beer with pronounced fruity flavors. Historically the term “ale” referred to a drink brewed without hops. The bitter flavors found in the original ales were created by boiling a mixture of herbs or spices in the wort before fermentation. Later, hops became the primary bittering agent in ale, much like other types of beer. Makes approximately 6 US Gallons.
