The 68BF24 is a 24-400 black industry standard cap with heat induction liner for PET and PVC. The liner is a plain FoilSeal™ .020" C25 FS 3-19, which is a one piece foam backed heat induction foil innerseal. This closure is made of polypropylene and fits our 24-400 bottles and jars. Industry standard caps feature a textured top and ribbed sides. The ribbed-sided design allows for ease of use when removing lid.
The FoilSeal™ .020” C25 FS 3-19 liner is not recommended for CPET.

One piece foam backed heat induction foil innerseal that will provide an aggressive bond with clean peel removal from PET and PVC containers. Easy access/“puncture foil” when wax bonded to pulp. Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
