PS-21 Pressure Sensitive Liner
The 68W24P is a 24mm white industry standard cap with pressure sensitive liner. This closure is made of polypropylene and fits our 24-410 bottles and jars. Industry standard caps feature a textured top and ribbed sides. The ribbed-sided design allows for ease of use when removing the lid. Pressure sensitive liners create an actual seal which provides an extra level of protection. They are best for dry products and can at times, work with thick liquids such as creams and sauces. Generally, these liners are not recommended for liquids and oils.
This liner is sized to fit industry standard 24mm neck finishes. Due to the variation in neck finish dimensions, particularly with glass bottles, we recommend testing the compatibility of this liner with your bottle/cap combination. To request a sample, please click here.

- The 68W24P is a 24mm white industry standard cap with pressure sensitive liner. This closure is made of polypropylene and fits our 24-410 bottles and jars. Industry standard caps feature a textured top and ribbed sides. The ribbed-sided design allows for ease of use when removing the lid. Pressure sensitive liners create an actual seal which provides an extra level of protection. They are best for dry products and can at times, work with thick liquids such as creams and sauces. Generally, these liners are not recommended for liquids and oils.
Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
