The 67W43H is a 43mm (43-485 neck finish) red FlapMate® flapper cap with a HIS (heat induction liner) for PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bottles. This polypropylene (PP) plastic cap features a snap closure with 5 holes (.200") for dispensing powdered or dry products. It has a butterfly hinge for easy opening and closing and flap that can stay in a wide open position. This closure is a popular option for bulk ingredients such as herbs and spices, confectionery, sweeteners, personal care, grated cheese, and other dry products. Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
