The 68WNR7 is a 1 gallon 38mm drop-lok natural high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic round jug. It features a handle on top near the opening, which is ideal for carrying and pouring. It has a round body and base and an ample label panel. Its sturdy design is common for packaging industrial solutions such as cleaning, gardening and automotive chemicals, but also good for packaging bulk liquids for the food industry. The industrial round bottles are packed in a 6 x 1 double wall reshipper.

Material:
High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended.
