24mm 24-400 P-94 Black Phenolic Cap w/Rubber Liner

The 30W2BR is a 24mm P-94 black phenolic cap with rubber liner that has 8 TPI and is child resistant. The .050" 14B rubber liner is moisture resistant and durable enough for repeated use (under FDA Regulation 177.2600 'Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use'). Liner can be autoclavable. Phenolic caps are known for their chemical compatibility and have a higher heat tolerance than most plastic caps. These phenolic closures are durable and applicable for safe use in the pharmaceutical industry and laboratories.

Phenolic resin (Phenol Formaldehyde Resin - PF) is a durable thermoset plastic popular for its molding and physical assets. It is a result of a combined reaction between phenol and aldehyde.
