38mm 38-400 Hi Flow Black Spout Cap w/Pressure Sensitive Liner, No Hole
The 30W40B is a 38mm black spout cap with black sealer tip, no hole. Also known in the industry as a Yorker cap, this closure features a tapered tip for precise dispensing and application. Just simply cut the spout tip off to allow your contents to flow through. The 30W40B comes with a black tip cover for the nozzle. It has a PS-113 pressure sensitive foam liner, which is a one piece foam coated with a specially formulated torque-activated adhesive on one side. These spout caps are commonly used for honey, along with other condiments and sauces.
Please note that the Yorker spout cap has a closed cap without a hole.
The PS-113 foam liner is not suitable for wet products.

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended.
