38mm 38-400 Hi Flow Orange Spout Cap w/Pressure Sensitive Liner, No Hole
The 30W40E is a 38mm orange spout cap with orange sealer tip, no hole. Also known in the industry as a Yorker cap, this closure features a tapered tip for precise dispensing and application. Just simply cut the spout tip off to allow your contents to flow through. The 30W40E comes with an orange tip cover for the nozzle. It has a PS-113 pressure sensitive foam liner, which is a one piece foam coated with a specially formulated torque-activated adhesive on one side. These spout caps are commonly used for honey, along with other condiments and sauces.
Please note that the Yorker spout cap has a closed cap without a hole.

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness.
