Nominal Depth Pleated Liquid Filter Cartridges (Configurable)

The Cary Company's configurable nominal depth pleated liquid filter cartridges offer up to 10 times the filtration media surface area compared to standard filter bags due to the unique pleated design. The filter configuration is designed by pleating two layers of nominal felt to create multiple filter layers, maximizing dirt loading capacity and efficiency at filtration ranges from 1 to 200 microns. This depth cartridge filter is ideal for higher flow applications with a lower initial pressure drop.

This configurable filter cartridge fits most size #1 or size #2 filter bag housings and is available in micron ratings from 1 to 200 microns. Filtration media types include polypropylene and polyester meeting FDA regulations for food contact under CFR 21, Section 177.1520 and offering a wide range of chemical compatibility.
