PVC Capsule Heat Shrinker, Bench Top

The 30BZ40 is a bench-top PVC shrink machine which uses heat to seal PVC shrink wraps capsules onto wine bottles. This heat shrinker machine has electric coils with a slant slide table that holds the bottle while shrinking the PVC capsule into place. The PVC capsule heat shrinker makes packaging wine bottles professional and easy for winemakers and wineries with small batches.

Would this fit a spirit bottle with a diameter of 3.5"?

Yes, this PVC heat shrinker will fit a bottle with a 3.5" diameter. This benchtop device is adjustable.

Can you control the heat if it gets too hot? It burns the top of the capsules.

Thank you for your inquiry. This heat shrinking machine does not have a heat control mechanism. It may be possible that the PVC capsules are burning because the operator is pushing the bottle in too far and/or holding it in the machine too long. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company.

Would this PVC capsule heat shrinker work on a bottle with a 38-400 continuous thread? Or 48-400?

What is the range of bottle sizes in length can this machine handle?

Thank you for your inquiry. This is meant for any standard 750ml bottle, and with extra care, 375ml. With the smaller bottles, you would have to be sure it stays in place and is centered with the coil. There is an adjustment to raise the holding tray up/down, but if a bottle is too wide in diameter it may not fit. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company!

What is the largest diameter bottle this machine can handle? My bottle is 84.5mm diameter

Thank you for your inquiry. Standard 750ml bottles have a diameter range of 2-7/8” to 3-1/2”. A diameter of 3-1/2” equates to 88.9mm. This should be compatible, but it is up to the customer to determine final dimensions based on the diameter range. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company!
