  • SPHERIGLASS® A-Glass 5000 by Potters Industries LLC, are solid, clear, soda-lime glass microspheres with a tapped bulk density of 1.62 g/cc. It has an average value particle size of 7-10 microns. Glass spheres are nonporous with low oil absorption and do not absorb resin in a polymer system. Grade 5000 offers excellent chemical resistance, low oil absorption and are used in the automotive, electrical, engineering, household appliance, adhesives, paint, photographic, packaging, and construction industries.

  • Sphericel® 34P30 by Potters Industries LLC, is a white-colored, fused borosilicate glass in a hollow microsphere or bubble form. This product has a bulk density of 0.22 g/cc and a maximum working pressure of 3,000 psi. Sphericel® 34P30 is most commonly used to increase thermal and acoustic insulation in autobody sealant and coating applications. Sphericel hollow glass spheres are used as lightweight additives in plastic parts as well as to enhance performance and reduce viscosity in paints and coatings. They are chemically inert, non-porous, and have very low oil absorption.

Sphericel® 25P45 is most commonly used to increase thermal and acoustic insulation in autobody sealant and coating applications. Sphericel hollow glass spheres are used to enhance performance and reduce viscosity in paints and coatings and as lightweight additives in plastic parts. They are chemically inert, non-porous, and have very low oil absorption. Grade 25P45 is used in many high performance polymer systems.
