It has a pronounced crisp, malty character, with delicate hop bitterness and a pleasing floral aroma. Blessed with all of these thirst-quenching attributes, this beer is sure to please! Ale is renowned for being a full-bodied beer with pronounced fruity flavors. Historically the term “ale” referred to a drink brewed without hops. The bitter flavors found in the original ales were created by boiling a mixture of herbs or spices in the wort before fermentation. Later, hops became the primary bittering agent in ale, much like other types of beer.

Beer Bottles, Caps, & Capper
If you are using 355 mL (12 oz.) glass beer bottles, you will need 60 bottles, 60 caps, and a bottle capper. To prevent breakage under pressure, please inspect used or recycled bottles for cracks or defects. If you are using 500 mL or 1 L PET bottles, you will need 46 – 500 mL bottles or 23 – 1 L bottles and the same number of PET screw caps. Ensure the screw caps are tightened securely.
