This red 38mm 38-400 ribbed snap top cap is made of polypropylene (PP) and includes a tri-tab foil HIS that will seal to all container materials with varying degrees of adhesion. This cap features a snap closure and a 0.25" (6.35mm) orifice for controlled dispensing of liquid products. Snap top caps are ideal for liquid personal care products, such as shampoo and gel, as well as household cleaning products and more. The liner is printed with "Sealed For Your Protection" in black.

One piece foam backed universal heat induction foil innerseal that will swill provide a tamper-evident bond to PE, PS, PET, PVC, PP and treated glass containers. It is recommended for use with dry and semi-liquid products not containing essential oils.

Material:

Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has good chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 165°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. The Cary Company has an assortment of polypropylene plastics available for purchase, such as plastic caps and jars, which have a higher tolerance for chemical products.
