This Thermosafe® 55 gallon hard top cover for 55 gallon steel drum induction heaters increases heating efficiency by reducing the time required to heat containers. The insulation formed minimizes heat loss. The top hat is made of fiberglass reinforced resin and has handles on both sides for easy installation and removal.

This Thermosafe® 55 gallon hard top cover for 55 gallon steel drum induction heaters increases heating efficiency by reducing the time required to heat containers. The top hat is made of fiberglass reinforced resin and has handles on both sides for easy installation and removal. The Thermosafe® Top Hat can be used with the Thermosafe® types A/B and the Faratherm. When heating a small barrel, the top hat can be placed directly above the Faraterm. Adding this rigid top hat can increase the wall temperature up to 104 ° F (40° C). This could affect the hazardous area rating of the heating equipment.
