The 57WCAR is a Rieke® SC-76R, 70mm natural polyethylene (PE) plastic screw cap (Buttress 6TPI) with 3/4" (20mm) threaded opening (reducer) and a GK-98W gasket. This plastic pail closures offers a tight seal as well as easy access to a container for filling and dispensing through a 3/4" threaded opening for use with a Rieke®FLO-RITE faucet.

What is the best method to puncture this cap so fluid can flow through the 3/4" faucet?

Thank you for your question. This cap is a standard knockout type cap. You can use a screwdriver to punch out the center, then install the 3/4" faucet. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company.
