19BZ48 is a self-regulating heating cable with a tinned copper metal braid and thermoplastic polyolefin overjacket. Heating cable automatically adjusts heat output based on surface and ambient temperatures, and is approved for specified hazardous areas. This low-temperature application cable, ideal for freeze protection and low-temperature process maintenance, provides a maximum continuous maintenance temperature of 149° F (65° C). Intermittent exposure temperature ranges from -20° F to 185° F (-29° C to 85° C). Moisture-, chemical- and flame-resistant, cable operates at 120 volts with an output wattage of 3 watts/ft (10 watts/m). Product is sold by the foot (minimum 50' roll), can be cut to preferred length and terminated in the field. No temperature controller is required.
