1. Reconditioning starts with a thorough initial cleaning. Any remaining residue is removed, typically through vacuuming and rinsing out the containers. 
2. The containers then go through advanced washing systems designed to clear out remaining traces of previous contents, leaving them clean and ready for safe reuse. 
3. After cleaning, each container is carefully tested to make sure it meets industry standards set by the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association (RIPA) for safety and environmental responsibility. Containers must also meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) UN labeling requirements, ensuring they are safe to handle and ready for reuse.

We offer free collection for full or near-full truckloads of eligible containers, helping you clear space and ensure proper handling without added cost. To donate your used containers, complete our return form, which includes information about prior contents to ensure safe handling. If your used container donation is approved, we will arrange to pick up your totes or drums at no cost, and transport them to our state-of-the-art reconditioning facilities.
