BriskHeat® Composite Curing Hot Bonder, Single Zone, 240v

19BZ29 is a 240-volt single-zone hot bonder unit that controls localized heat and vacuum sources for a variety of composite manufacturing and repair tasks. Portable bonder works with maker's composite curing heating blankets to provide on-site composite and metal bond curing for equipment in the aviation, marine, automotive and construction industries. Bonder unit features an 8.4" (213mm) full-color touch screen with simple three-step programming and easy-to-follow menu that enables user to store up to 30 programs. System can be used for a variety of manufacturing and composite repair applications including debulk and cure resins, prepregs, adhesives, fibers and more. Built-in USB port allows data transfer to spreadsheet and word processor programs for follow-up analysis. Bonding unit is for use in dry environments.
