Pint Size Containers

The standard size of a pint container is one pint, or 16 fluid ounces. This is equivalent to about 473 milliliters or 0.125 gallons. The dimensions of a pint-sized container can vary depending on its unique shape and style.

Our selection of pint-sized (16 oz.) food safe tubs are made out of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. Across the food industry, pint containers can also be made out of coated paperboard, popular for ice cream.

Many of the pint-sized containers in our selection can be used for both hot and cold items. A pint container's temperature-resistance and compatibility will depend on its material and construction. Different types of plastic have varying temperature-resistance and melting points.
