Our configurable 2.7" x 40" standard grade hydrophilic polysulfone membrane filter cartridges feature an asymmetrical pore structure to offer excellent flow rate and loading capacity. The hydrophilic membrane provides an immediate wet out to optimize the utility of the surface area. These filter cartridges are ideal for use in applications where longer service life is important as well as the efficiency of a membrane cartridge.     Specifications
    Our configurable standard grade hydrophilic polysulfone membrane filter cartridges feature an asymmetrical pore structure to offer excellent flow rate and loading capacity. The hydrophilic membrane provides an immediate wet out to optimize the utility of the surface area. With micron ratings from .05 to 1.2 microns, common applications include use in deionized water systems, liquid clarifications, recirculating fluids, chemical filtration and more. These filter cartridges are ideal for use in applications where longer service life is important as well as the efficiency of a membrane cartridge.

    Our customizable standard grade polysulfone membrane filter cartridges are manufactured in a clean room environment for high purity and cleanliness. The thermally bonded construction allows for broad chemical compatibility. The cartridges can be used with most chemical sanitizing agents. With the optional stainless steel insert, the membrane cartridge can be hot water sanitized or steam sterilized. All the materials used in construction comply with FDA regulations for food and beverage contact. Configurable options include: micron rating, end cap style, gasket material, stainless steel compression spring, heavy poly core, stainless steel insert and 18 megaohm rinse.
