These face masks feature a 3-ply construction with a spunbond polypropylene outer later, a non-woven micro meltblown filter media later and a spunbond polypropylene inner layer. These masks are manufactured to meet ASTM level 3 in accordance with ASTM F2100-19 Standard Specification for Performance of Materials Used in Medical Face Masks. Additionally, the face masks have an average particulate filtration efficiency (PFE) of 98.5%, an average differential pressure (Delta P) of 4.1 mmH20/cm², an average bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 98%, Class 1 flame rating and fluid resistance of >160mmHg. Disposable face masks are lightweight with an adjustable nose bridge for a snug fit. With spandex ear loops ideal for periods of extended wear, these face masks are proudly made in the United States.

Material:

Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. This mask is a standard-sized face mask for adults. The ear loops are elasticized so they can stretch to various lengths. We do not have exact dimensions of these masks. Please see the product photos to see how these masks fit.

The middle layer features a Polypropylene Melt-blown nonwoven filter media. Lastly, the outer layer contains a Polypropylene Spunbond (PPSB)nonwoven fabric. These masks are not graphene coated.
