Specifications
This is a bridge mount 1.5 HP air gear drive tote mixer with a 1.25" Dia. x 36" L mixing shaft (Series 5109). This agitator has dual 12" mixing blades and a variable mixer shaft RPM (0-425). The measured blade length is the blade's diameter when extended during operation. Series 5109 mixers are compatible with IBC totes that have a 6" center cap as they feature collapsible turbines which allow for easy installation through small openings. Ideal for square or rectangular containers, the bridge mount mixer has tote clamps to secure the bridge to various-sized containers. The power drive can be adjusted across the bridge to ensure proper mixer location.

Gear drive mixers have larger mixing blades with the ability to mix thicker fluids. The gear drive creates additional torque as it incorporates a gear reducer. This portable agitator features a high-efficiency pneumatic/air motor that comes with a control valve and muffler. Air motors are variable speed so that you can control the rotation of the shaft. Air powered motors are also safe as they are explosion-proof and will not burn out or overheat for a customizable agitator for your mixing needs.

This IBC tote mixer has a 316 stainless steel construction on all wetted parts and the motor is coated with USDA approved stainless steel paint. Durable and versatile, the tote agitator can evenly blend and agitate liquids including some dyes, varnishes, compounds and more.
