This 38mm green and white hose end trigger sprayer has a 36" hose. The long hose makes this sprayer ideal for dispensing from gallon jugs. It features a rubber piston cup that provides broad chemical resistance. Up to 40% greater output per stroke significantly reduces the number of times you pull the trigger. Three finger trigger and rear support make extended use more comfortable. Popular uses for this hose end trigger sprayer include home and garden chemicals, pest control, lawn care and more.

Sprayers are not recommended for use with threaded glass containers as the closure may not provide a leak-proof seal. We recommend testing compatibility prior to purchase.

Material:

Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. The Cary Company has an assortment of polypropylene plastics available for purchase, such as plastic caps and jars, which have a higher tolerance for chemical products. Does this trigger sprayer fit common one gallon weed killer and insecticide product containers? I need to replace battery spray wands that don't work.

As we do not know the neck size and finish of the container you are using this with, we cannot confirm whether it will be compatible. Does hose and wand (1) screw INTO a pre-drilled hole in water cylinder or (2 screw) ON TO a bolt-like nipple protruding from water cylinder? I am referencing a Hudson one-gallon sprayer which requires a #2 connection as described above.

Thank you for your question! This item is made to work with an F-Style container that has a 38-400 neck opening. This item does not have a wand. It is a trigger sprayer with a hose attached to it. No, it is not recommended to use trigger sprayers on glass bottles. It may not provide a complete leak-proof seal. We recommend testing prior to purchase.

What type of dip tube is compatible for this bottle?

When trying to decide what type of dip tube is best for your product and container, consider the diameter and material you are dispensing. A dip tube should have a slight bend to optimize dispensing thinner products. However, dispensing thicker products should be a rigid dip tube that shouldnt touch the bottom of the container.
