Ultra High Purity 2.7" Nylon Membrane Liquid Filter Cartridges (Configurable)

This ultra high purity 2.7" nylon membrane filter cartridge offers excellent microbial retention in the production of highly stable consumables. With micron ratings from .03 micron to 1.2 micron, common applications include: drinking water, pharmaceutical, fermentation, endotoxin removal, etc. The nylon 6,6 membrane can include an optional positive zeta potential surface charge (Plus+) to allow for particle retention much smaller than the stated rating. The Plus+ feature is commonly used in the removal of haze, color bodies and endotoxins. These nylon membrane liquid filter cartridges can tolerate repeated hot water sanitization and in situ stream sterilization with the optional stainless steel insert. They are also compatible with most chemical sanitizing agents.

Our 6,6 nylon membrane filter cartridges are manufactured in a clean room environment and flushed with 18 megaohm ultra high purity water. All materials comply with FDA regulation for food and beverage contact. The polypropylene components meet the specifications for biological safety per USP Class VI - 121° C for plastics.
