The Cary Company's ultra high purity 2.7" PES membrane filter cartridges are food and beverage grade filters for the most demanding applications in the industry with micron ratings from .04 micron to .8 micron. These polyethersulfone membrane filter cartridges offer high flux density and low protein-binding, maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the treated product. With a hydrophilic membrane, the liquid filter cartridge wets easily for maximum utilization of the entire surface. This allows for lower pressure loss.

These high purity filters are flushed with ultra high-purity water to achieve the most stringent requirements for extractable substances. When used with the stainless steel insert option, our configurable PES filter cartridges can be sterilized with hot water sanitation and in-situ sterilization cycle for extended service life. Each filter element is diffusion tested and manufactured in a clean-room environment. Common applications for these polyethersulfone membrane filter cartridges include: wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and bottled water. Configurable options of this ultra high purity PES membrane filter cartridge include: cartridge length, end cap style, gasket material, micron rating and optional 316 stainless steel compression ring.
