This Ultra-HydroKleen® is designed for 20" - 25" drains and is used to remove contaminants from stormwater flow before it can get into the waterways. The 37BHK3 is considered a “true filter” by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and forces water through up to three different filters before it exits into the stormwater system. This allows different filter media to be used together to remove targeted pollutants. In event of flooding or ponding during high-flow storm events, a by-pass system allows water to pass through. The frame of this catch basin insert is recessed.
